Our story is Oklahoma’s story.
Del City was founded as a bedroom community when its developer correctly intuited that most American families dreamed of owning their own homes. Del City is named after Delaphene, the oldest daughter of the main property developer George I. Epperly. Del City uses manufacturing as a driver of major employment, providing key support services to Tinker Air Force Base.
