ALERT: Beware of Phone Calls Impersonating the BancFirst Fraud Department.
Several BancFirst customers are receiving phone calls claiming to represent BancFirst’s Fraud Department. Customers are asked to verify card numbers for alleged fraudulent charges or provide online banking credentials to stop charges. Please be assured, we will never ask for your full card number or online banking login credentials as a form of verification to resolve fraudulent transactions.
